Presidente Humala se reunió con alcaldes de Ayacucho
Los once alcaldes provinciales de Ayacucho y el presidente regional Wilfredo Oscorima, se reunieron con el presidente de la República, Ollanta Humala, el pasado lunes, para plantearle la agenda de prioridades de Ayacucho. En la reunión se definió que el gobierno nacional dispondrá de un presupuesto complementario de 100 millones de nuevos soles, a través del Proyecto Perú, para que el Gobierno Regional de Ayacucho pueda construir tres corredores viales que impulsarán la integración y el desarrollo.
El primer corredor económico será la carretera Pampa Cangallo-Sarhua-Porta Cruz-Huanca Sancos-Yauta-Palpa que comprende un tramo de 300 kilómetros. El segundo es el anillo vial del VRAE, que unirá los poblados de Canayre, Llochegua, Sivia, San Francisco, Santa Rosa, Palmapampa, Chiquintirca, San Miguel y Tambo. El tercero será el corredor Huamanga, Tambillo y Ocros.
El alcalde de Huanta, Carlos Rúa Carbajal, manifestó su satisfacción por la voluntad expresada por el presidente Humala. Rúa recordó que pidió al presidente “que se hagan los esfuerzos necesarios para solucionar los problemas de Vizcatán, con un plan que considere proyectos de desarrollo y tema de agua y saneamiento”.
El alcalde de Huamanga, Amilcar Huancahuari calificó de saludable que los alcaldes provinciales hayan solicitado la atención a esta región con la dotación de un recurso importante para el próximo año, refiriéndose a los 100 millones de soles. Destacó el trabajo articulado de los alcaldes provinciales que dejaron de lado las camisetas políticas. “De esta manera se crea inclusión real en todo el proceso de desarrollo de nuestra región”.
El presidente regional Wilfredo Oscorima agradeció al Presidente de la República por el presupuesto asignado. “Hoy podemos decir que nuestras carreteras van a unir e integrar al pueblo de Ayacucho, favoreciendo a nuestros agricultores, quienes podrán sacar sus productos por esas carreteras y vender en el mercado a precio competitivo”, indicó.

El presidente Oscorima destacó que el gobierno nacional también va a otorgar 30 millones de soles para educación, salud, vivienda y la reactivación del Proyecto Especial Río Cachi. “Estamos pidiendo que se nos atienda en el Programa Vivienda para las zonas rurales, porque tenemos un gran número de afectados por la violencia que han dejado sus terrenos para irse a las grandes ciudades, pero viven de manera paupérrima, debemos atender a esos desplazados para que puedan volver a sus lugares”, indicó la autoridad regional.
