El presidente de la comunidad de Vinchos, provincia de Huamanga, Marcelino Choquecahua Inga ha confirmado que cerca de 200 comuneros han destrozado dos camionetas de la empresa Perú LNG, el día de ayer miercoles, y la válvula 5 de uno de los ductos de transporte de gas a la altura de la zona de Accopampa, el día de hoy en horas de la tarde.
“Los comuneros amenazan con que mañana desenterrarán los ductos de Camisea”, manifestó Choquecahua, quien explicó que esta reacción de los comuneros se debe al conocerse el fracaso de las negociaciones entre los 200 comuneros que fueron en comisión a la ciudad de Lima hace pocos días para que la empresa Perú LNG indemnice económicamente a la comunidad por los daños ocasionados en la zona de paso de los ductos.
“Cuando llegué de Lima a Vinchos, los comuneros ya habían cometido estos actos, incluso me han recibido con insultos creyendo que yo estoy ahora con la empresa, la gente está brava, incluso a mí me han querido pegar, todos pensaron que iba a traer una respuesta positiva”, manifestó preocupado Marcelino Choquecahua.
El abogado de la comunidad, Pedro Castilla, ha lamentado la actitud de los comuneros. Atribuyó esta situación a la falta de apertura al diálogo por parte de la empresa Perú LNG. Castilla precisó que el reclamo de Vinchos es por una compensación económica de 1 millón 800 mil soles que es producto de un peritaje que la empresa no quiere reconocer.
Choquecahua añade que los representantes de la empresa le han respondido en Lima que “el peritaje no es vinculante” como para pagarles lo que demandan. El líder comunal ha precisado que incluso la comisión de comuneros planteó que la indemnización de reduzca a un millón de soles, pero igual la empresa no aceptó.
Aún las autoridades regionales ni los medios de comunicación de Ayacucho han dado reportes al respecto. Los comuneros señalan que mañana continuarán con sus medidas. Personal de la empresa ha cerrado la planta de circulación de gas para que no haya consecuencias en la válvula 5 que se encuentra destrozada.
