Solicitan a Premier Valdés modificar Decreto sobre Reparaciones Económicas
En comunicación dirigida al Presidente del Consejo de Ministros, los integrantes del Consejo de Reparaciones recomendaron aprobar la modificación del Decreto Supremo Nº 051-2011-PCM, que regula la entrega de reparaciones económicas a las víctimas de la violencia.
Los Consejeros expresaron que esta modificación resulta necesaria debido a los problemas que dicha norma tiene, y que fueron comunicados en su oportunidad a los anteriores titulares de la Presidencia del Consejo de Ministros, Rosario Fernández y Salomón Lerner Ghitis.
Al adoptar la modificación propuesta se podrá cumplir el “compromiso gubernamental con las víctimas de la violencia siguiendo los principios de equidad y justicia”.
En forma particular, los Consejeros llamaron la atención sobre la disposición que establece como plazo el 31 de diciembre de este año para concluir la identificación de beneficiarios del programa de reparaciones económicas. Esta decisión “contradice la naturaleza permanente del Registro Único de Víctimas” y, además, “introduce una situación de discriminación hacia las víctimas que se inscriben con posterioridad al plazo estipulado, situación que es necesario evitar”, concluyeron en su comunicación.
