“En la audiencia los alcaldes distritales y provinciales solo se dedicaron a halagar al presidente, dieron a Oscorima lo que le gusta, estuvo en su salsa”, manifestó el periodista Oscar Tinoco a través de radio Wari, al comentar la II Audiencia Pública Regional de Rendición de Cuentas 2011 que se llevó a cabo el 20 de diciembre.

Así, Oscorima quiso aparentar ante los medios de comunicación regionales que transmitían en vivo la audiencia pública, que las cosas andan bien en el gobierno regional. A ello se suma la ausencia de los congresistas Rofilio Neyra y Walter Acha pese a estar invitados. Mientras que el Ministro de la Producción Pepe Urquizo, aliado de Oscorima, anda bastante ocupado en su cartera y no incomoda en nada la gestión regional.

Con este panorama es difícil encontrar sectores políticos opositores, al margen de algunos medios de comunicación. El desarticulado Frente de Defensa de Ayacucho estuvo ausente en la audiencia, al igual que el alcalde de Huamanga, Amilcar Huancahuari.
En la audiencia, solo hubo un representante de la municipalidad de Vilcashuamán, Leonidas Anccasi, quien pidió explicaciones de las dificultades presentadas por el exiguo avance en la ejecución presupuestal para inversiones que solo llega a 64.8%. Pidió a Oscorima que le señale que era una obra de impacto regional y cómo se proyectaba ordenar las cosas en el 2012. “Aquí no hemos venido a halagar señores alcaldes, hemos venido a conocer el balance del trabajo en todo este año”, insistió Anccasi, pero no tuvo eco. Por su parte, el ciudadano Isaías Huayta, cuestionó la poca disposición de la gestión regional para apoyar el Plan Regional de Seguridad Ciudadana.
Así termina un año de gestión, cuyas debilidades han sido atribuidas a los gerentes regionales, pero los asesores del hiperactivo y desordenado Oscorima no lo ayudan a encontrar una hoja de ruta que guíe su gobierno. Lo único que hacen es ir al compás del presidente regional para no molestarlo.
