Daniel Roca nuevo Gobernador de Ayacucho
Esta semana fue nombrado como Gobernador de Ayacucho, Daniel Roca Sulca, el ex presidente de la Coordinadora Nacional de Organizaciones de Víctimas y Afectados por la Violencia Política del Perú (CONAVIP), y principal aliado del reelecto Congresista José Urquizo Magia en la reciente campaña electoral. Daniel Roca obtuvo en dicho proceso electoral más de 30 mil votos en calidad de candidato al Parlamento Andino.
La primera tarea de Roca tendrá que ser cambiar la imagen decorativa que se le atribuye a este cargo. Anteriormente, los que ocuparon esta función sólo hicieron defensa acérrima de la gestión del ex presidente Alan García, sin ninguna autocrítica.
Daniel Roca manifiesta que dará prioridad a los temas de conflictos y seguridad ciudadana. Es una inteligente decisión el apostar por temas bastante álgidos en los últimos meses en nuestra región. Habrá expectativas también respecto a cómo el gobernador abordará los problemas vinculados a los programas sociales, en especial PRONAA y Juntos.
Por otra parte es visible que en esta designación se ve la “mano” de José Urquizo, quien anda pensando en el futuro con miras al proceso del 2014, para lo cual podrían estar gestando una agrupación regional. Roca entró algo preocupado al cargo del cual tendrá que salir “bien parado”. De ello dependerán sus posibilidades políticas en adelante.
La otra ala del nacionalismo también ha conseguido su cuota de poder con la designación del dirigente regional Orlando Sulca que ha sido designado jefe de Agro Rural en Ayacucho. Un poder suficiente que logró la salida de Elizabeth León de ese cargo en un tiempo record de dos días, por el propio peso político del nacionalismo regional.
Roca hubiese preferido el cargo de Comisionado Para la Paz, para obtener mayor protagonismo político, y una mejor llegada a los sectores populares del VRAE. Sin embargo, en la gobernación deberá demostrar mucho conocimiento de los problemas locales y regionales y una buena actitud para proporcionar información adecuada a la población y a los medios de comunicación.
