En la novela boliviana ambientada en el segundo gobierno de Sánchez de Lozada, Óscar, el protagonista, un escritor de los discursos presidenciales, habla sobre su juego inventado. Conforme avanza la novela, Óscar va cayendo en la cuenta de cómo la historia se repetía y su juego inventado quedaba chico frente a los linchamientos y las abruptas caídas de los gobiernos.
La historia de nuestro país no es muy distinta a la que describe la novela. La variación peruana es: si no pudieron impedir que alguien sea elegido presidente, la oposición (si se puede llamar oposición a los sectores conservadores y cucufatos de nuestra política) buscará, entonces, cómo “bajarse” a los altos funcionarios del gobierno que no le siguen el juego. En el saco cae cualquiera que desee -de verdad- cambiar el statu quo. Insisten e insisten. Si ven que no les liga, cambian de personaje.

Hoy la misma periodista que hablaba de la propuesta arcaica, pleitista, irresponsable y virulenta con respecto al gobierno de Humala, dice que Ollanta Humala “desde que empezó su mandato, ha estado sumamente preocupado en transmitir con sus gestos que él es un presidente involucrado con los problemas de los más débiles”(2). Para Del Río, la que ha hecho mal al reaccionar frente a estas dos muertes de los niños y la niña en Cajamarca, ha sido la ministra por salir en la tele “moviendo las caderas y gritando desaforada en el Congreso que esto es una persecución política”(3).
Se aprovechan de un hecho lamentable que debe investigarse y tener sanción penal, porque causó la muerte de dos niños y una niña. Hay un responsable que debe encontrarse y no puede quedar sin sanción. Y la ministra ¿es responsable política? Lo es, al igual que la Ministra de Educación es responsable por la mala educación que se imparte actualmente; así como el Ministro de Trabajo es responsable por el incumplimiento de las condiciones laborales en el país. Pero de ahí a pedir su cabeza, porque no viajó de manera inmediata o porque bailó (o movió las caderas, como anotó la periodista) hay un largo trecho.
También es lamentable la falta de respaldo, cuando más se necesita y las papas queman, por parte de Humala. Cuando él se toma fotos con cantantes, nadie lo critica.
Sin embargo, de lo que nadie habla, de lo que los medios no exigen cuentas al gobierno, es de las políticas pendientes de implementar. Se contentaron con tener a sus amigos en puestos clave de la economía y que sobre la gran transformación o la inclusión social, que se ocupe el resto. Lo triste es que muchas cabezas en el gobierno les siguen el juego.
Y mientras tanto, al costado de Palacio de Gobierno, Cipriani debe estar muy contento con el juego de sus grandes aliados: los fujimoristas, y el linchamiento mediático que están haciendo con casos que ya habían sido denunciados desde los años 90, sí, desde los años de la dictadura fujimorista.

Para ellos, ya pasó mucho tiempo, no entran en el juego de pedir que renuncien ministros.
